ClearCondo is being developed to help Florida condo buyers make sense of the association records behind a unit. The goal is to organize complicated material, show where information came from, and help buyers prepare better questions before their review window closes.

The planned analysis may cover reserve funding, inspection records, budgets, meeting minutes, insurance and community rules. Any cost outlook would be an estimate, not a promise about future assessments.

The report service is not available yet. This site does not currently accept association documents, analyze buildings, create reports or take payment for them. ClearCondo is intended as an informational aid—not legal advice, a building certification or a lending decision.
